📊 Cut-off Dynamics & Intake Analysis

The minimum CRS threshold declined by 1 points (from 508 down to 507). This point easing was primarily enabled by IRCC issuing 4,000 invitations — an adjustment from the 4,000 ITAs issued during round #400 (14 days prior). Larger invitation sizes directly allow ministerial instructions to reach deeper into candidate tiers within the pool.

According to current IRCC candidate pool records, approximately 13,610 active candidates sit in the competitive 501–600 CRS bracket, alongside 351 candidates holding 601+ scores (typically provincial nominees). Because this density remains heavy, candidates scoring just below 507 require either sustained large-volume draws (3,500+ ITAs) or targeted category prioritization to receive an invitation.

🎯 Anatomy of a 507 CRS Profile (Competitive CEC Tier)

A 507 score represents a strong candidate foundation, commonly seen among post-graduation work permit (PGWP) holders working towards their second year of skilled experience.
